An incredibly easy and delicious smoothie to keep you going first thing! Full of goodness, you can whizz this glass of goodness up in under 5 minutes.
You’ll need:
A handful of spinach leaves
Half an avocado
Half a banana
A few slices of apple
Half a cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon on honey
Whizz it all up in your blender and you’re good to go! You can play around with the recipe too – half a banana and half a glass of almond milk is a great base for any smoothie. Your fruit can be fresh or frozen. Why not try adding some oats for a full breakfast feel? Or make double and keep half in the fridge for the next day?
